Return Policy

We want you to love your new Camel City Mill work socks. Makes sense, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no excessive pet hair or wear), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

Please email and quote your order number to get started on an exchange or return. 

Returns and Exchange Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50.

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Camel City Mill.

Note: Due to high order volume and the COVID-19 pandemic, it may take slightly longer than normal to ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your order. Thank you for shopping with us!

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your socks arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $9.22.

International (Non-U.S.) Shipping & Returns

At this time, we're not able to accommodate shipping for international orders. 

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of Camel City Mill work socks. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by Camel City Mill.
