Materials & Care

53% Merino wool, 38% nylon, 9% spandex.

Why not 100% Merino wool? We actually use a 90% wool blend for the majority of our sock. But we use a nylon reinforcement on the heel and toe for greater abrasion resistance and durability. Plus, our Compression Wool Work Socks are knit on special high-needle-count machines to offer 15-20mmHg of graduated compression.

So in the parts that really matter for sweat wicking and comfort (the shaft, the top of the foot, and the ankle) our socks are 89% wool. But at the heel and toe where your boots make the most impact on your socks, there's a much higher % of nylon so you don't get holes.

That's why we can offer a 10-year durability guarantee that a lot of people think is crazy.

Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle with socks inside-out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not dry clean.

These are the most comfortable compression socks I've ever worn. I wish you would have had these out prior to me Buying all the regular camel Mills city over the calf socks that I've purchased these socks fit me a lot better because I have large calvs.

Good Compression
