Materials & Care

53% Merino wool, 38% nylon, 9% spandex.

Why not 100% Merino wool? We actually use a 90% wool blend for the majority of our sock. But we use a nylon reinforcement on the heel and toe for greater abrasion resistance and durability. Plus, we use additional Spandex in the shaft of the sock for compression (and to help our socks stay up for 14 hours straight).

So in the parts that really matter for sweat wicking and comfort (the shaft, the top of the foot, and the ankle) our socks are 89% wool. But at the heel and toe where your boots make the most impact on your socks, there's a much higher % of nylon so you don't get holes.

That's why we can offer a 10-year durability guarantee that a lot of people think is crazy.

Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle with socks inside-out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not dry clean.

I bought some competition brands a few months ago and then decided to try Camel City. Perfect socks love the padding on the soles. Compression is perfect! Worked a whole 24 hr shift never had to pull them up. My feet never got too hot or sweaty and we had a steady shift! I expect good things to come with these socks! May i suggest a little heavier version for winter that is the only thing I would add. Nothing wrong with the weight of these at all!!! I just like a little heavier sock in the winter!!
