I own a few different name brand wool socks and several pairs from one very popular manufacturer in particular. I work on the pipeline every day as a welder and these are definitely the most comfortable and look like they are going to outlast the others. If you're a sock snob like me, don't pass by these!
I have wore Dan Post socks for years now, and Post does make a good product, these socks are next level! Post are a little to snug which I like cause they don’t roll or slide down my calf muscles cause I can’t stand my boots rubbing my legs but Camel City’s are just the right tightness that they don’t slide down but are easy to take off after a hard day and they aren’t squeezing the heck out of my leg just below my knee. Another great feature is the vent on top. I feel like my feet are a lot cooler now than in the Post product. And last but certainly not least is the extra cushion toe and heal feature! I love this and can really feel a difference being on my feet most of the day in my bucket truck. Thank you for making annd then advertising such a great product and then it really standing up to everything that was in said advertisement! Nice to know there is an American company out there that is doing it right in 2025!!!
The wicking ability, comfort and ability to stay up are huge. These also add a small amount of compression which helps with edema. Only socks I wear now!
